The Portland Winter Light Festival transforms the city into a glowing winter wonderland each February, bringing together large-scale projections, interactive installations, and immersive light art across multiple neighborhoods. Experiencing the festival from a pedal-powered group bike offers a fun and efficient way to move between exhibits while staying part of the energy and excitement surrounding the event.
During the Portland Winter Light Festival, rides are free and open to all ages, making this a unique and accessible way for visitors and locals to explore the installations. Our bike accommodates up to 15 passengers and operates as a moving viewing platform that helps shuttle guests between some of the festival’s most exciting locations.
The festival runs from February 6–14, 2026, filling Portland’s streets with illuminated sculptures, projection mapping, and interactive art that celebrates creativity, technology, and community.

Rather than walking long distances between installations, guests can ride together while we shuttle participants between major hubs and featured exhibits. Our routes focus heavily on key activation zones including 2nd Street, Wonderlove, and the Portland Night Market, allowing riders to experience multiple installations in a single outing.
The bike moves at a relaxed pace, giving everyone time to enjoy the glowing artwork, snap photos, and take in the atmosphere as the city comes alive after dark.
Each stop along the route showcases a different style of illuminated art:
2nd Street Corridor
This area features large-scale projection mapping on historic buildings, glowing sculptures, and immersive walk-through light displays that transform the downtown streetscape into a moving gallery.
Wonderlove Installation Hub
Wonderlove brings together interactive light exhibits designed to engage visitors through motion, color, and sound. Many pieces respond to audience participation, making it a high-energy stop that blends art with play.
Portland Night Market
The Night Market combines local vendors, food, music, and festival installations into a lively nighttime environment. Expect vibrant LED artwork, illuminated vendor spaces, and dynamic light displays that create a festival-within-a-festival experience.
By shuttling riders between these areas, we help guests see more installations without the downtime of navigating crowded sidewalks or searching for parking.

Our pedal-powered bike acts as a social viewing platform that keeps groups together while moving between exhibits. With elevated seating and open visibility, riders can enjoy street-level projections and glowing installations from a unique perspective.
Because the rides operate during the Winter Light Festival itself, they are designed around the flow of the event — focusing on popular installation zones and helping guests move efficiently from one highlight to the next.
